Cheresse Thornhill-Goldson, M.S.
Cheresse is a visionary design leader, design director at adidas, and founder of MyGenAI™— reimagining how the next generation of Black and diverse creatives access opportunity, guidance, and generational growth. Cheresse has over 18 years of experience shaping global product design and culture at Nike, Jordan, Champion, and adidas. Through her leadership of adidas S.E.E.D. (School for Experiential Education in Design), and championing inclusive innovation, Cheresse has gained a deep understanding of what it takes to unlock hidden genius within underrepresented communities.
Driven by the belief that mentorship is the original technology of liberation, Cheresse created MyGenAI™ to scale legacy, not just access. Her platform fuses neuroscience, psychology, and ethical AI to match learners with culturally relevant mentors while protecting identity, voice, and impact. MyGenAI™ reflects her life's mission: to reinvent gatekept systems that limit potential and architect new systems where creators become owners of their futures.
