Cheresse Thornhill-Goldson
Cheresse Thornhill-Goldson is the Founder & CEO of MyGenAI, building the infrastructure for the Wisdom Economy. Combining nearly two decades of experience in product design, strategy, education, and innovation with a deep commitment to human development, she is pioneering AI-powered systems that transform human expertise into scalable wisdom.
Before founding MyGenAI, Cheresse shaped products and talent development initiatives for global brands including Nike, Jordan, Champion, and adidas, while teaching, mentoring, and developing the next generation of creative talent. As the Director and a Founding Board Director of adidas S.E.E.D. (School for Experiential Education in Design), she helped champion a new model for experiential learning and leadership development.
That experience led her to a defining realization: in a world where AI makes knowledge abundant, the greatest competitive advantage is no longer access to information—it's the ability to preserve expertise, develop judgment, and continuously expand human capacity.
Today, Cheresse is leading the development of MyGenAI, an ecosystem that empowers people, organizations, and communities to preserve expertise, scale wisdom, and thrive in the age of AI.
